Display Your Message At Windows Startup
1.Take registry editor(click on start->run.then type “regedit” ,press enter)
2.Goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>policies>system
3.On the right you can find
“legalnoticecaption”
“legalnoticetext”
Right click in them AND CLICK MODIFY to add you own notice or custom message
“legalnoticecaption”=”enter your notice caption”
“legalnoticetext”=”enter your legal notice text”
